Happy Light is free to start. Paid plans pay for three things, in this order. And then there are the dreams.

Safe, secure and ad-free services
First, keeping the lights on properly. That means the servers the tools run on, the security work that keeps your stuff safe, and staying available when you want to make or play, paid for by you rather than by ads.
It also pays for research, and for scaling up as more of you arrive, so things stay quick instead of creaky.
And we aim to keep our climate footprint small as we grow. We'll invest in efficient infrastructure and look for greener hosting and energy wherever we can.

A fairly paid team
Next, the people who build it. We want to pay everyone fairly, and honestly more than fair. Happy people build happy products, and that's the whole plan.
