Right of Withdrawal
Last updated 15 September 2026.
If you're a consumer in the EU, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a new subscription without giving any reason. This page explains how that works for a digital service like Happy Light.
Your 14-day right
You can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, for any reason, without cost beyond what you've already used (see below). To withdraw, just tell us — a message through our contact form is enough, or use the model form at the bottom of this page.
Starting the service right away
Happy Light Development plans start working immediately once you subscribe. Under EU law, starting a digital service before the 14 days are up requires your explicit consent, and you'll see that request at checkout when it opens. Giving that consent means: if you later withdraw partway through the 14 days, you may owe an amount proportional to what you used before you told us, and once the service has been fully supplied within the 14 days (for example, a one-time purchase delivered in full), the right to withdraw ends completely. We'll always spell this out again at the moment you'd be asked to agree.
Model withdrawal form
You don't have to use this exact wording, but it satisfies the EU model form if you'd like something ready-made. Fill it in and send it through our contact form.
